Josh had no intention of going out. But his best friend Jamison was persuasive — someone had to be the designated driver, and Josh drew the short straw. He grabbed his keys, figuring it would be a quiet, uneventful night.
A chance encounter

Walking down the street, Jamison spotted Sabrina and stopped to say hello. Kristen was right there with Sabrina’s group of friends. Two separate nights out, two different friend groups, one sidewalk — and suddenly, the universe had other plans.

The Moment He Saw Her
Josh wasn’t looking for anything that night. He was just the DD. But when he saw Kristen standing there with Sabrina’s friends, every thought left his mind except one:
“That is the most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen.”
(He still thinks so.)
The next morning
A Little Instagram Stalking
Sabrina posted a picture of the girls she was with that night. Josh saw it. His heart did that thing. He asked about her — and before the day was over, a message was sitting in Kristen’s Instagram inbox.
She said yes
